Iran Warns US of Severe Consequences Amid Rising Gulf Tensions

Iran has issued a strong warning to the United States, stating that any act of aggression will lead to serious consequences for American forces in the region.

A spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that any attempt to attack or occupy Iranian territory would result in a humiliating outcome for US troops.

According to Iranian state media, the spokesperson, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, accused Donald Trump of repeatedly threatening ground operations against Iran and possible seizure of islands in the Persian Gulf.

He warned that such actions would provoke a strong and immediate response, putting US commanders and soldiers at significant risk.

Zolfaghari further stated that Trump “only understands the language of power” and claimed that his policies have caused instability across multiple regions, including Europe and Asia.

He also alleged that decisions are being influenced by Mossad and aligned with the agenda of Benjamin Netanyahu, while criticizing Trump’s statements as inconsistent and unreliable.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned that the US may be using diplomatic engagement as a cover for military preparations, adding that Iranian forces are fully ready to respond to any escalation.
